How Do Custom Orders Work
You might wonder what the process is for you to have custom embroidery done by us.
The first step is for you, the customer, to decide that you would like to do something special for yourself, your family, your business, your customers, or your friends. Almost any fabric based product, and some leather based items, can be embroidered. Once you have decided to choose custom embroidery, contact us by phone or email and we can work with you to develop your special item. We treat all projects with the same level of attention, no matter how large or small. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The next step in the process is to decide what type of item you would like us to apply the design to and whether you will provide the item or if we will. We can provide recommendations so that your project is something that we can proudly deliver to you.
The design can be something that exists as your business or family logo, or we can help develop your ideas into a design. There are no additional charges for color changes with embroidery, so you can allow yourself to be creative. The only limitations are based on the stitch sizes. Remember that stitches are significantly larger that the "dots" used for photos or printed media, so not everything that can be printed can be stitched effectively.
Once the decisions have been made, we will prepare the digitized design, send an approval document by mail or email, and, once approved, we will stitch the order. The total time from start to finish for most projects is 2-3 weeks. We will work with you if there are special time constraints, but we need a minimum amount of time to complete the work required.
